1- IT Support Engineer I (WH)

Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Informs customer of needed repairs and answers basic questions. Ensures that customer understands and is satisfied with work completed.
B- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) through the effective use of knowledge management.
C- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users.

Requirements:
A- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
B- Proficiency supporting office productivity applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
C- Experience with hardware troubleshooting.
