Responsibilities
To provide the ultimate welcome and departure for any guest/stars of the hotel and to create a welcoming atmosphere at the main entrance and to manage a smooth operation of the Front Stage of the hotel. To work together with Runners and Valet Parkers to manage all deliveries including luggage and to ensure a smooth flow of traffic in the driveway/ellipse at all times.
Functional Accountabilities
Very comprehensive knowledge of the Hotel, including all departments, services, outlets, and Dubai
Is a source of information, help, and assistance to all guests and colleagues.
Ensures that the main driveway looks immaculately clean at all times.
Ensures that all guests are attended in time and avoid potential complaints by acting proactive and demonstrating a caring demeanor.
Ensures to alert management in case of unusual high business volume and/or guest complaints.
Ensure safe and secure working conditions for guests and colleagues
Adhere to all standards for welcome and farewell procedures.
To be aware of all fire prevention and safety regulations and procedures at all times.
To report all emergency calls immediately to the management.
Manages the arrivals of large coaches and stretch limousines.
Ensure that all guest luggage is handled swiftly and safely.
Ensure that standards are always maintained and improved at all times.
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the management.
Qualifications and experience
Experience and Technical Knowledge
Physical Fitness, must be able to stand for an extended time.
Preferred previous experience as Doorman/Bell Attendant
Handling guest complaints at the highest service levels.
Dealing with high-profile guests.
Knowledge of Dubai.
Qualifications
Essential:
Secondary School degree
Desirable:
2 years’ experience in a five star hotel in the Middle East.

Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising, coordinating, participating in the activities of stewarding personnel and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness of Cast Diner.
Functional Accountabilities
Open the Cast Diner, set up equipment, and prepare Cast Diner for serving
Train personnel in operational procedures
Maintain accurate food service records
Prepare equipment for food preparation and monitor refrigeration equipment
Order Cast Diner supplies and prepare food orders as needed
Prepare inventory and production records
Supervise cleaning and sanitizing of eating utensils, counters and equipment
Clean and set up coffee station, juice machines, microwave, fridge or any other machine
Check buffet carts for cleanliness, and make sure all equipment works properly
Prepare work Weekly schedule and Monthly time sheets
Prepare food production and Wastage reports
Maintenance Report for any Damage of the equipment
Attend Meetings
Perform related work as required
Qualifications and experience
Experience and Technical Knowledge
A total of 2-3 years Stewarding experience
Experience leading multi-cultural kitchen
Experienced in asset management & the safe storage
Qualifications
Desirable:
Internationally approved Food Safety Certificate (HACCP preferred)

Job Description
To give full co-operation to any Cast requiring assistance in a prompt caring and helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting around the hotel in response to business and guests needs
To display a professional, caring and anticipative attitude and approach to your work colleagues and guests at all times.
Manage, record, and resolve all Guest complaints promptly and effectively
Be up to date with all hotel products, services, policies and emergency procedure
Leads from the front with integrity to build trust
Functional Accountabilities
To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
Following up the financial cases and monitoring the front office cashiering.
To assign responsibilities to subordinates, implementing Multi-Tasking principle and to check their performance periodically
Oversee the entire Front Stage operation during the night to maintain high standards
Serve as a point of contact for regular guests and ‘A’ List guests
Complete night audit duties efficiently and effectively and assist the Accounts Receivable Agent with providing back up to invoices.
Maximize room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
To prepare daily credit limit and cash reports.
To maintain guest accounts.
To make corrections or adjustments to bills as needed.
To process all credit card transactions and prepare all reports for the hotel manager for the next day.
To check deposits and match the hotel cash and credit reports.
To obtain and account for the correct room revenue.
To ensure that all room rate and guest information is correctly posted into the hotel property management system.
To account for all rooms related rebates for the day.
To ensure that all room discrepancies are checked and followed-up on
Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
Represent the Hotel Manager and other senior managers in their absence, taking full responsibility of the hotel
Demonstrate current and up to date knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area
To handle Character enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report Character complaints or problems to Management if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with Characters.
To be demanding and critical when it comes to service standards.
To ensure that the work place team projects a warm, professional and welcome image.
To ensure a consistent guest recognition programs and a relevant guest database is maintained.
To ensure that the work place is kept clean and organized.
To report “Lost & Found” items, and handle them in accordance to the Policy & Procedures.
To undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Management
To respond to any changes in the work place function as dictated by the hotel.

Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality industry
2 years of experience in 5 star hotel as Night Manager

Front Stage Operation certificate holder / Bachelor or Master Degree in a given field
DESIRABLE
Bachelor or Master Degree from hotel school
