1– Sales Manager
Full Time
Al Ain, UAE
Key Accountabilities:
A- Manage sales teams to achieve pre-determined operational targets by providing and analyzing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the centre management.
B- Supervises daily performance of Sales team by following up on vehicle sales achievements and taking part in non-regular transactions during peak season to ensure the required sales target is achieved.
C- Monitor and evaluate the sales team performance to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met.
D- Responsible for ensuring sales processes are efficient and customer complaints are managed by promoting standard sales procedures to the sales team members.
About You:
Bachelor’s Degree or similarly qualified person with minimum 3 years managerial sales experience in an automotive industry. The role aims to ensure that the customer experience is a positive one and the job holder is empowered to make appropriate customer focused decisions where problems have occurred so that we create customers for life.
