1– Food & Beverage Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Actively implement the range matrix (global and national) by securing quality and availability.
B- Serve high-volume dishes that suit the taste of the many people on the local market.
C- Secure that we prepare all food in line with the product sheet and secure the quality served at all times.
D- Actively use the product sheets to train co-workers. Also, ensure all co-workers taste and learn about new products before they are launched.
Requirements:
A- Worked in high volume and capacity restaurants (500 seats and above).
B- Managing multi units (multiples restaurants).
C- 10 years experiences in F&B field – preferably GCC.
D- Working in a reputable Hotel, restaurant chains.
E- Analytical person (managing P&L, optimizing costs, goal & KPIs oriented).
