1- Sales Executive – Retail | Toyota & Lexus

Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured “one offer” journey.
B- Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
C- Achieve monthly product sales targets.
D- Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing revenue and Net Promoter Score opportunities.
E- Ensure capture of customer data in Fastrack (test drive, Emirates ID, email address, etc) to enable efficiency and accuracy in the dashboard for adequate referencing and follow up.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree.
B- Written and spoken English is a must; Arabic is preferable.
C- 2 years sales experience.
D- Valid UAE driver’s license.
E- Automotive background desirable.
F- Strong negotiation skills, with evident ability to influence customer choices.
