Job Duties & Responsibilities:
A- Represent and champion the Jumeirah Brand by displaying all Hallmarks and promoting the business values in all interactions.
B- Proactively promote all hotel properties and services within the Jumeirah portfolio in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
C- Upselling where appropriate to achieve all Revenue objectives.
D- Achieve targets set by Jumeirah for Revenue, quality and customer service standards.
E- Proactively handle and resolve customer queries and escalations through all telephone and email channels.

Requirements:
You will have excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language is advantage. Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must. Your experience in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.
