Requirements:
Ideally you should have Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar streams.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in Industrial Commercial projects or hotel operations of high volume.
All round Technical skills in electrical and mechanical works.
Trouble shooting and maintenance of the Kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities:
We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Technician to join the Engineering team.
Keeping all our Kitchen equipment operational and well-maintained as well as being compliant to all the safety-hygiene standards will be your most important responsibility.
From routine inspections to undertaking timely preventative maintenance to training the Kitchen team ways of operating.
