Responsibilities:
A- Directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or system.
B- Receives guest messages and deliver the same to the guest.
C- Provides information about hotel services to guests.
D- Provides paging services for hotel guests and employees.
E- Open and close telephone functionality on the hotel front office software.
F- Setup conference call in different locations and time zones.
