1- HQSE Officer

Key Accountabilities:
A- Plan and implement programs to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all PJM personnel including planning of tours and inspections as well audits.
B– Drive the HSQE risk management process within the company, provide support and educate staff in risk analysis/hazard identification, and review and development of policies, procedures.
C- Identify HSQE related training needs and provide HSE training to staff or coordinate the provision of external training.
D- Determine, communicate, report and monitor PJM’s Health and Safety KPIs and performance objectives to the General Manager, Team and SME SAE Department.
Requirements:
A– Personal integrity and personal values consistent with Serco’s governing principles.
B– Articulate, well developed verbal and written communication skills.
C- Able to remain calm in stressful situations.
D- Practical experience in the principal HSQE functions.
