About The Role:
We are looking for a UAE National incumbent who is good at operations/back-office/administration and ideally in MS Excel. This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Motors. It will work 6 days a week with 1 day off. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The duties of this role is to support the assigned Branch in achieving the daily and monthly objectives through sales support and stock management activities. The scope of this role is specific to his assigned location only. The Branch Sales Support Executive assists the Sales Department in document management, timely vehicle arrangement and day to day transactions.
Requirements:
A- Administration or back office experience would be preferred but not mandatory.
B- We are looking for someone with excellent English & Arabic speaking skills who has an engaging personality, is confident meeting people and passionate about beginning a career in sales.
C- Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel.
D- Person must be self-motivated and self-driven.
