1-Lead Buyer
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage a small team of buyers, and ensure workloads are prioritized effectively, taking the lead to report progress directly to the client.
B- Undertake Procurement of “Long Lead” items including ITB, Evaluation, Purchase Order and Post Order Management.
C- Support all on-going project Procurement activities as required.
D-Report to Supply Chain Manager and assisting with any other tasks as required.
E- Assist in development of project procurement strategy.
F- Approve bid lists.
Requirements:
A- 5 – 10 years’ experience in related buying and procurement positions.
B- Maximum – SAP – Oracle experience is required.
C- Previous Middle East experience is preferred.
D- Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
