1- Leasing Executive
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Develop rapport, trust and strong relationships with our listing clients.
B- Tour properties with prospects and adhere to following procedures.
C- Make pricing recommendations based on regularly updated market studies as advised by the line manager.
D- Complete applications and lease documents in accordance to Majid Al Futtaim and RERA rules and guidelines.

Requirements:
A- College degree and 4 years of experience preferred.
B- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
C- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
D- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
