Responsibilities:
A. Comply with all hotel rules and regulations as outlined in the handbook and to be aware of company disciplinary and grievance procedures.
B. Maintain professional confidentiality and never disclose information relating to Hotel operations.
C. Ensure all lifeguarding operations comply with all legal requirements under U.A.E law and company policy.
D. Critically evaluate one’s own performance and consistently set high standards.
Requirements:
A- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
B- Able to swim 400 meters in less the 8 minutes.
C- Able to work under the sun over 45*c.
D- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
E- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
