1- Logistics Documentation
Full Time

Job Description:
A- Pre-shipment documentation.
B- Co-ordination with Planning & Warehouse team and prepare documents based on shipment schedule.
C- Co-ordinate with Shipping line & Freight Forwarders to obtain B/L & AWB on time.
D- Send final shipping information to Customer.
E- Post-shipment documentation and dispatch documents to Consignee / Customer.
F- Daily follow-up and update on ‘cargo & document status.
G- Final documents filing.
Skills:
A- Knowledge of Export documentation, L/C, E-mirsal system (customs documentation).
B- SAP system experience.
