Job Responsibilities:
A- First and foremost, support the overall, daily management of operational duties. This will mean deputizing for the Operations Manager, as and when required: you’ll step in on their behalf where necessary.
B- You will be expected to prioritize and continually improve the safety at the delivery station. You will be supervising logistics assistants, coordinators and delivery associates to ensure that every shipment is delivered meeting and exceeding the set operational KPIs.
C- Moreover, you will measure and monitor overall workflows and daily metrics. This will enable you to assist the Operations Manager with tracking, trending and reporting on site performance, on a regular basis.

Requirements:
A- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
B- You will be dedicated to meeting and exceeding ambitious production goals.
C- Demonstrable strong problem solving and analytical skills who can dive deep efficiently, detect the root cause and provide the corrective actions.
D- Be Customer Obsessed; always mindful of our key objective to provide exceptional service to our customers.
E- Ready to Learn and Be Curious: you’re willing to train and learn new skills.
