1- Customer Service Officer
Full Time

Responsibilities:
A- Keeps well informed on stock availability – when it is due to arrive and what stock can be sold as a substitute.
B- Keeps up to date on all product knowledge and product ranges.
C- Supports all promotions by being aware of all advertised specials.
D- Maintains acceptable level of personal grooming and wears staff uniform or company prescribed clothing and name badge at all times in-store.

E- Displays all promotional items prominently with clear signage.
F- Minimizes stock losses by giving good customer service, and maintaining a degree of vigilance over stock and stock movement.
