1- Leasing Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities & Duties:
A- Analyze lease information, advise, and provide recommendation on key factors from a leasing perspective for senior management review decisions
B- Responsible for the Leasing portfolio and recommendation to the senior team on how to add value and meet the business strategy and objectives.
C- Proper management of all leasing documentation across the business units, including accurate completion of lease, renewal, extension and store closure agreements, ensuring timely completion of all transactions
D- Ensuring all vendor’s information are in place and that all rents and lease related payments (excluding turnover rent and utilities) are paid on time and processed in accordance to the signed agreements.

Requirements:
A- 7-10 years’ experience in managing leases with industry knowledge. Legal know how an added advantage for the role is. in leasing and or lease administration.
B- Experience in a legal environment is an advantage.
C- Bachelor’s in Business administration, property management or similar discipline.
