1- Manager – Guest Relations – Mina A’ Salam Hotel

Responsibilities:
A- Prepare the VIP arrivals list of all families, allocating designated managers and departments as necessary.
B- Attend daily Rooms Division morning meeting and afternoon operations meeting.
C- Inspect rooms/suites of top Family VIPs on arrival and staying in house guests.
D- Conduct curbside check-in for highlighted Family VIPs.
Requirements:
A- Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury hotel in Front Office or Guest Relations.
B- Minimum 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
C- Accustomed to handling customer complaints of varying severity.
