1- MANAGER OVERHAUL WORKSHOPS – SSP

Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage production functions of workshops to ensure optimum output and productivity levels to meet production deadlines, quality and service standards.
B- Ensure that each workshop function is performed in adherence to quality control standards, ensuring all component are repaired/overhauled and tested in accordance with the approved procedures of manufacturers to regulatory airworthiness standards.
C- Ensure necessary resources are available to meet demand whilst encouraging, identifying and applying improvements to processes/equipment.
D– Review contracts secured for 3rd party work to ensure they are delivered with appropriate and adequate resources, requirements and capability in order to meet contractual obligations.
Requirements:
A- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) or GCAA License and Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent training in Aircraft Maintenance with a reputable airline or an approved Aircraft Maintenance Organisation. Should hold relevant company approvals.
B- 10+ years Engineering Workshops experience gained in a commercial aviation environment with a reputable airline. Should have 5 + years experience in a managerial positions within an overhaul division.
