1- Senior Bike Mechanic
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage and train the bike mechanics team to ensure an efficient turnaround of bike repairs and planned preventative maintenance.
B- Propose KPIs and produce detailed reporting of the overall health of all fleets
C- Responsible for maintaining inventory, placing orders for more equipment, tools and spare parts with efficiency and accuracy
D- Training bike mechanics on more advanced or technical aspects of maintenance and repairs.
Job Requirements:
A- Mandatory – Min 5 years of work experience with maintaining bicycles and leading teams, Vocational Training Certificate in Bicycle Maintenance
B- Deep understanding of e-bicycleÂ
C- Strong verbal and written communication skills
D- Experience in inventory management
E- Leadership and training skills
