1- Medical Secretary – Heart Centre
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Schedule time and attendance records, leave planner and Public Holiday tracker for all Heart Centre Physicians.
B- Ensures Travel Request and Authorization (TRA) forms are filled out to the correct requirement when a Physician wishes to take leave and assist with the processing of the TRA.
C- Ensures that all Physicians TRA forms and leave tracker are submitted to CMO’s Office for approval.
D- Ensures the Physicians receive their monthly time sheets and assists with the processing of the time sheet.
E- Prepare reports and compose official letters, correspondence and Heart Centre Memorandums.
Requirements:
A- Diploma/Bachelors degree.
B- Secretarial or Administrative certificate recommended.
C- Minimum of 50-60 wpm typing speed.
D- Advanced Computer Skills in Windows, MS Office, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
