Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Business leader who will be responsible for 1) driving the commercial and operating model agreements , 2) designing and launching the product 3) launching 3P partner-facing products 4) owning business inputs and outputs around selection on offer, pricing, delivery experience.Due to the interdisciplinary nature and breadth of the areas of impact inherent to this role, the ideal candidate will have strong BTO (Business, Technology and Operations) experience, experience coordinating across many internal and external teams, and influencing executive decisions with their strong written and oral communication skills.
Requirements:
A- 12+ years spent across BTO roles, of which at least 3-5 years in product management or technology functions to enable business, and 3-5 years in category management.
B- Master’s Degree in Business.
C- Demonstrated experience in building green-field functions, starting from a vision document all the way to a scaled-up team with strong track-record of delivering multi-year results.
