1– New Market Development Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities & Duties:
A- Be responsible for overall project management including project governance, identifying project plans and dependencies, tracking delivery and producing project reporting.
B- Ensure customer personas, experience and journeys are developed and mapped in-conjunction with CX designers
C- Keep stakeholders and senior management informed of project progress and risks
D- Work closely with the Business Systems delivery team to align technical delivery plan with the broader project plan.
Requirements:
A– 5+ years experience in a similar role.
B– 3+ years in a project management role; loyalty experience preferred.
C– Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
D– Team management and development experience.
E- Bachelors degree.
