1- Production Supervisor
This position is for NFPC &ndash International Royal Bakery (Al Ain)

Al Ain, United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose:
The position holder is responsible for supervising all production and mixing operations within the Production floor

Responsibilities:
A. Implement the production schedule in line with the demand planning requirements
B. Supervising production activities as per the set production schedule, by directing the production line operators to ensure a timely, efficient and cost effective production process.
C. Execute cost effective systems of control over operating expenditures, labor and material.
D. Utilize efficiently and safely the equipment throughout the manufacturing plant and report any deviation or incompatibility to the Production Manager.

Skills:
A- Certified in Master Baker or Bachelor in Food Science.
B- In depth knowledge and background in Bakery Industry.
C- Knowledge about Quality systems.
D- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
