About Role:
The purpose of this position is to support our Sales and Distribution department to provide technical support and proper execution of cooler maintenance, cooler sanitization and repairing of equipment. The Cooler Workshop Supervisor is expected to carry out the full scope of activities that includes managing daily cooler servicing, involve in technical problem solving/ support and managing the cooler workshop.

Responsibilities:
A- Supervising and coordinating daily maintenance with the team for cooler installation, maintenance and renovation activities.
B- Focus on providing quality service to maintain customer satisfaction.
C- Handling the cooler technicians for on service calls to repair or adjust faulty coolers.
D- Executing technical maintenance training for the subordinates.

Requirements:
A- 2+ years of experience as a cooler workshop experience
B- Strong knowledge in hot and cold-water dispenser maintenance (cooler).
C- Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance.
D- Strong decision making and problem solving & Strong communication skills.
