1- Office Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Supervision, management and development of all central office teams and operations including reception, administration, drivers, mailroom, security, repairs, housekeeping and catering..
B- Undertake administrative duties relative to the office management team including; supplier and contract negotiations, maintaining and developing processes and administrative systems, overseeing office refurbishment projects and management of supplies and equipment.
C- Undertake administrative duties relative to the office management team including; supplier and contract negotiations, maintaining and developing processes and administrative systems, overseeing office refurbishment projects and management of supplies and equipment.
D- Maintaining the office appearance and condition in accordance with the Health and Safety requirements and arrange necessary repairs via relevant team.

Requirements:
A- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
B- Experience in office management including health and safety issues and security.
C- The confidence to deal with colleagues of all levels from across the business and VIP’s.
D- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
