1- Onboarding Officer
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A– Acting as the primary point of contact for all new hires from the moment of offer acceptance through to completion of probation .
B– Working with the HR Operations team to coordinate a smooth joining process for both local and overseas hires. This will include overseeing visa processing, relocations, benefits activation, schooling, accommodation, medical cover etc – keeping the new joiners well-informed of process and timelines at each stage of the process
C- Set up, govern, and create regular communication channel through our dedicated email mailbox for all eight countries across the group.
D- Manage the new joiner community for new hires to ensure all relevant milestones and training is completed in the first 3 months.

Requirements:
A- Experience in a high-volume onboarding role within the UAE.
B- Experience of developing personalised onboarding and induction processes.
C- Good working knowledge of UAE hiring and visa processes. 
D- Be an expert in all things Onboarding and be determined to deliver the best possible people experience to our new joiners.
