Responsibilities:
1. Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation.
2. Sales and inventory management.
3. Employee staffing, training, and development.
4. Financial management.
5. Customer service leadership.
Requirements:
1. Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
2. Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
3. Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
4. Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
5. High school diploma or equivalent required.
