1- Operations Store Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:
A- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success and support District Manager in the commercial success of the store.
B- Analyse relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo within store.
C- Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed.
D- Drive continuous improvements linked to sales, productivity and profitability.
E- Maintain a feedback culture among the team for continuous inclusion and operating rhythm improvement.

Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 5 year’s work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with a minimum of 2 years Store Management responsibility.
B- Leadership role in a branded organisation (creating a brand experience).
C- Successful leadership of a team (50 people +).
D- Geographical mobility.
E- Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.
