About the Role:
We are looking for a Bilingual Parent Relationship Executive to join our team .Applicant should have positive attitude with good command in Arabic and English (both oral and verbal) and minimum 2 years of experience in customer service .Qualification required: Graduate in any stream.
Responsibilities:
A- Drive enrolments by promoting the school in the best possible way to new parents. Coordinate school tours for parents and visitors as required.
B- Maintain open lines of communication to existing parents to ensure their  feedback are handled effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner.
C- Coordinate parent/community events in order to engage parents in school activities and celebrations.
Requirements:
A- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
B- Pleasant personality.
C- Advanced skills in MS office and well versed with video editing and social media platforms.
