Job Description:
A- Admit patients according to established protocols and standards.
B- Explain and hand out patient’s rights & responsibilities to the patient.
C- Register patients, makes sure pre-registration form is complete, enters all data into Meditech system.
D- Modifies patient information -upon their attendance or calling- on Meditech system according to established criteria.
Requirements:
A- High school graduate / Bachelor degree is preferred.
B- Minimum 3-5 years of recent customer service experience.
C- English/Arabic proficiency.
