Responsibilities::
A- Own the payroll processing cycle for a country or a company depending on size and complexity.
B- Payroll Balances and controls at input and output (Source to Gross, Gross to Net).
C- Payroll Accounting support.
D- Point of contact for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury and others).
Requirements:
A- 5+ years of experience in Middle East Payroll.
B- Fluent in Arabic and English language.
C- Deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor law.
D- Experience with process transitions.
