1- Planning & Optimisation Officer
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Ensures understanding of the core responsibilities and plans time and workload appropriately to fulfil the deliverables as outlined for the Line department assigned.
B- Ensures compliance to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs) as applicable to Resource Planning and Optimisation.
C- Escalates critical information or issues arising appropriately and in a timely manner to line Manager/team leads, ensuring that the details are accurate, any red flags have been highlighted and operational considerations or recommendations have been suitably included.
Requirements:
A- Degree in any quantitative or scientific discipline.
B– 5+ years of experience in Planning, Rostering or Optimisation roles.
C- Experience in the fields related to resource management and scheduling, including Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Method Study, Work Measurement, operations Research.
