1- PRO/ Accommodation Supervisor

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
A- Keep records of passports and visa expiry dates, inform team members in advance of passport expiry dates and extend/renew visas prior to expiry dates.
B-Responsible for all applications of visas and cancellations and deal directly with immigration department for visa matters for team members, management and their families.
C- Maintain good relations and visits to the owning company, immigration, health department, ministry of information, traffic police as well as all government departments and ministries.
D- Allocate rooms to new team members with the HR Head as per Recruitment plan.
E- Welcome team members at the Airport/accommodation to escort them to their allocated rooms.
Requirements:
A. Previous experience in a PRO/ Accommodation role.
B. Preferable canddiates who are familiar with Sharjah legislation and regulations.
C. A successful track record of managing a team.
D. Strong organizational and analytic skills.
E. Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
F. A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
