Job Description:
Key impact areas would be implementation of IFS, implementation of procurement process, implement strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation and quality improvements. Negotiate with suppliers, issue timely purchase orders to meet project requirements and ensure goods and services are delivered on time.
A- Strategic Advisory in early stage on large scale Infrastructure, Transport and Urban Development programmes, from policy, institutional and capability development; strategic planning and strategic business case development to helping clients to scope their programmes and execution.
B- Strong communicator and promotes open communication across the organization. Empowers & connects other people with a positive impact, provides energy, and demonstrates, passion, trust & respect.
C- Takes ownership and initiative, acts with confidence, and works under own direction. Is able to make prompt and clear decisions, which may involve through choices or considered risk.
