Job Description
A- Ensure intimate understanding of business needs and alignment of key stakeholders around the category strategy and coordinate with project teams at local/country level
B- Lead the local procurement activities throughout the entire procurement process for projects within region, including sourcing and market analysis, supplier appraisal, supplier selection, best value negotiation, contract award and management.
C- Responsible for the monitoring of project execution and supplier relationship management, including purchase-to-pay, risk management and supplier performance evaluation.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Bachelor degree or above, major in procurement, business, supply chain or relevant programs; With more than 5 years experience in service procurement in one or various countries in Middle East.
B- A clear understanding of the procurement concept and process, and a basic understanding of the Internet industry.
C- Strong planning, research, analysis, project management and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in managing mission-critical projects that have complex requirements.
D- Excellent English skills for barrier-free communication, with solid experience in business writing and negotiation; Mastering a second language would be a plus.
