1- Officer, Procurement (Systems)

About Role:
This position has the responsibility to maintain the Item Master list and the integrity of the data as well as to develop and maintain updated workflows by mapping business processes to the systems process. This role will evaluate new requests for changes or modifications to the system prior to changes being made and will assist all users with procurement systems issues by conducting training and refresher courses regularly. You will work with IT on procurement system upgrades and any project involving procurement systems data.
Job Requirements:
A- To be successful in winning this role, you should possess strong proficiency in procurement IT systems and a comprehensive understanding of ERP solutions.
B– You must be hands-on, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with clear communication skills, a creative and analytical problem-solving skill set with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve.
C- Experience of working within a large-scale hotel or resort would be preferred.
