1- Procurement Supervisor
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Responsible for the direction and supervision of the entire procurement operation.
B- Working closely with Stock Analyst Controller with receiving and reviewing all procurement requests for completeness and identification of services/commodities required and established requirements, determines priorities, develops work schedules, and assigns work to subordinates based upon available manpower and resources.
C- Ensures the least disruption to operations and the most effective and efficient means of accomplishment.
D- Coordinate with NPD team and B2B to arrange the samples and follow up with approvals.

E- Provide full admin support in daily operations Answer to suppliers, B2B.
F- Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and managed.
