1- Program Manager

Job Responsibilities:
a- Work with diverse stakeholders across business and operations team to finalize long term fulfillment center network plan during annual planning cycles (SPS and OP1/2).
b- Set up robust processes and tools to project long term capacity requirements and managing the available storage and processing capacity metrics in the network.
c- · Optimize the available capacity in the FC network in order to minimize cost and drive storage density enhancement projects with engineering team.
Job Requirements:
a- Candidate must be independent and flexible with solid verbal and written communication skills.
b- Should be able to think long term along with strong attention to detail and data oriented decisions.
c- Hands on experience of ~3 – 4 years of Supply Chain and Planning.
d- Engineering Degree with 6-7 years of experience as an Operations/ Planning manager OR MBA with 3-4 years of experience as an Operations/ Planning manager.
