1- Manager – Property

Responsibilities:
A- You will manage the end to end management of the allocated property portfolio including leasing input, new tenant on boarding and proactive listing of vacancies,
B- You will proactively manage and supervise leases including conducting timely rent reviews, renewals and property assessments.
Requirements:
A- You will be educated to a Degree level or equivalent in a commercial stream or equivalent combination of education and experience.
B- You should have at least 5 years of experience within a commercial property management business/ retail.
C- You should have previous experience dealing with senior business stakeholders & contract management.
