1- Quality Assurance Manager – Hospitality

Responsibilities:
A- Lead Quality and Safety Assurance activities necessary to achieve business objectives in the restaurants.
B- Develop quality management systems including HACCP and its prerequisite programs for stores.
C- Devise and manage the audit a process that ensures all products are received, stored and distributed in compliance with Host Brands, local market regulations and HACCP.
D- Interpret audit information and develop new restaurant processes as appropriate in order to improve performance.
Requirements:
A- B.S Degree in Food Science or Food Microbiology with 10 years of QA Managerial food experience.
B- HACCP knowledge & application is a must.
C- Experienced in food manufacturing or restaurants.
D- Extensive audit experience (preferred).
