Responsibilities:
A- Greet, assist and serve light refreshment to VIP guests. 
B- Ensure the required daily reports are completed correctly and on time.
C- Working with the cleaning and facilities management team, ensure all area of the FBO are clean, stocked and maintained to DCAF standard.
D- Maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
A- Be able to read and write English to a professional standard.
B- Have proven customer services skills.
C- Have an excellent telephone manner.
D- Previous experience within aviation or hospitality industry.
