Job Description:
An Assistant Recreation Manager is responsible for managing operations of the Recreation Department to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while achieving the club’s annual budget and driving their team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
A- Manage operations of the Recreation department.
B- Manage team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development.
C- Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement.
D– Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis.

Requirements:
A- Management and/or supervisory experience within the leisure sector.
B- Ability to meet financial targets.
C- Ability to work under pressure.
D- Excellent grooming standards.
E- Working knowledge, without assistance, of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel computer programs.
