Responsibilities
A- Supporting the recruitment team in the administration of the complete application management process for open roles throughout EMEA.
B- Being the first point of contact for all candidates and maintaining contact with all candidates throughout the whole recruitment process.
C- Communication with candidates (responding to applicant queries, updating them on their application status, sending invitations to interviews, rejecting unsuitable candidates by email),
D- Continuous innovation of the recruitment process suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved.
Requirements:
A- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
B- English & Arabic (Preferred).
C- A first experience in recruitment, HR or Admin in a fast-paced environment.
