A. Support the shared services recruitment efforts for Red Bull North America.
B. Proactively build and manage relationships with top talent across the United States.
C. Create and maintain talent pipelines for high demand positions.
Requirements:
A. 7+ years of success identifying and recruiting extraordinary IT & Shared Services talent.
B. In-house and agency recruiting experience preferred.
C. Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
