Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the preparation of Tender, RFI, PQQ documents and registration management.
2. Read and analyze the client’s documents to ensure the responses prepared implicitly addresses the.
3. Assist in the development and delivery of all bids ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all.
4. Maintain and update the customer records on Salesforce including contracts and client contact details.

Requirements:
1. Diploma in any field from a reputable university.
2. Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales coordination and bid preparation.
3. Good English communication skills, verbal and written.
4. Patient and good interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google products.
