Job Description:
A Sales Coordinator for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre will fully support, from administrative, guest service, and sale lead development perspectives, the Sales team to develop future and repeat business.
Responsibilities:
A- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue.
B- Understand fully the hotel amenities, packages and promotions.
C- Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships.
D- Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients.Â
E- Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds.
Requirements:
A- Excellent communication skills.
B- High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
C- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
D- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
