Responsibilities:
Support the Regional Director MEA to develop the 3-Years and annual business plans, budgets, forecasts aligned to the Cochlear and EMEA business strategies.
Establish a KOL management and communication plan to promote the networking of healthcare professionals on a national, regional and/or global level.
In cooperation with the Clinical Technical & Research Manager, coordinate to achieve clinical/technical service excellence in the markets by using the latest available technology.
Actively participate in relevant congresses, symposia, workshops and similar events.
Requirements:
University Degree in Business Administration and/or in Scientific/Engineering (if gained business administration experience in career).
12+ years of work experience. Thereof 6 years of senior sales experience in Middle East region.
Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience in life sciences/medical devices.
Experience in preparing, winning and executing tenders.
Experience in a business model with distributors / business partners.
