Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities with local and regional corporate partners, destination management companies, regional travel agencies and local residential demand.
Drive the process, from city-specific account identification to contract negotiating and signing to account nurturing, of growing an assigned region’s top-line revenue through local sales efforts.
Partner with Market Operations to create successful ‘hand-off’ of managed accounts and group guests from the booking to post-booking to pre-arrival to arrival phases of the stay.
Job Requirements:
4+ years successful on-property hotel sales experience, driving new client sales, and nurturing existing clients, in a growing service-based organization.
Proven success as a trail-blazer, incredible ability and passion for building something new in a growing organization.
Proven success in driving an organization’s revenue through proactively targeting, negotiating with, and securing new productive partnerships and business.
