1– Sales Operations Executive
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities & Duties:
A- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
B- Achievement of KPIs, conversion rates and other objectives set by the B2B Manager.
C- Produce daily action plans and activity reports for review and approval of the B2B Manager.
D- Respond to B2B enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
E- Actively manage allocation of B2B Brokers, Freelancers, Financial Institutions to generate sales.
F- Maintain a full and accurate record of all contact activity in the Sales Operations System.
G- Responsible for the transaction process through to SPA execution and clearance of down-payment in coordination with the Sales Administration team.
H- Support non-standard transaction processes as required, including cancellations, default and terminations, consolidations and Authority-related processes.
I- Support the Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager and Sales and Marketing Director as required.
